How do I get a refill prescription?
It is important to take prescribed medications as directed and without lapses. During your scheduled appointment, your physician will write a prescription if you are on the medication as part of your treatment plan. If you need a prescription in between appointments, please check your medicine bottle or call your pharmacist to determine if refills are available. If refills are not available, have the pharmacist fax or transmit a request to our office (Fax # (919) 400-4505) or you may call (919) 648-0281. Please allow 48 hours for refill authorizations.
